Sending Sunny Vibes - MFT

 Hi, Louise here with you today to share a card made with a 
My Favorite Things stamp set.

Bec's has just started to get MFT stamp available through the store, if there is a set you would like 
contact her through the store email and she will do her best to get it in for you.

My card is made with the Sunny Vibes set.
This is a great set for making up scenes.

To begin I started with my background using masking and ink blending.
I then stamped the images on a separate piece of cardstock and coloured using alcohol markers.
Once I was done with my colouring I fussy cut my images.  There is a dies set for this set if prefer to die cut your images.
I sorted my placement, glued the pieces down and then added the extra dimension to the
background using a white gel pen and coloured pens.

Koko again

 I can't resist this cute elephant.  This time I have created a Christmas card, never too early to add to your stash of Chrissie cards.  I just need to write them out earlier than I do.  I seem to have plenty of cards in stock for this once-a-year event, but I always leave it to the second week of December to worry about posting.  This year I am aiming for the start of November to write on them, hopefully they will be posted before December this year.  Anyhow back to my card:

I have used Stampin' Up cardstock for the base and the die in the same colour.

The die is one of Find It Trading Jeanine's Art - Christmas Tree Frame 

Of course I had to be different and put the Christmas Tree on the right side of my card.  As Bec does pre-orders for Find-It Trading  products I am sure she could check the availability of this die for you.

 Bec has heaps of images of Find-It dies on her website and there are some Jeanines Art designs amongst them. I have added some gems from my stash to the Christmas tree and sentiments.

The background design paper I have used is Jolly Holly digital paper.  I just love the design and colours in this set and will definitely be printing more of this to have on hand.

The Koko image I have used this time is Christmas Koko with Poinsettia and is coloured with pencils.

My background was using the DI and smooshing onto my

craft mat, then the brushes were used to move the inks around.

Worn Lipstick, wilted violet and faded Jeans were used.

Pencils to colour my image.

Gerbera Daisy Greetings.....

Hi - hello

Karen here, I am late sorry.  I have been doing some repotting of my plants and pulled a muscle in my side and just couldnt craft for the last few days.   So after feeling much better this morning I finished off my card  and  I am popping in now to share it with you all. 

I have been playing with masking paper and copics and a stamp set from Darkroom Doors release last year.  To help me do the background I stamped two gerberas onto masking paper and used these to help me set out my design.  After colouring all the gerberas I coloured with background with Copic black 100.  

I created a frame in the centre which I popped up onto foam tape to create dimension and then stamped and embossed my sentiment into the window.

Unicorn - Paisley

 Today I am using another digital stamp from our collection.  My project is a birthday card for my youngest grand-daughter Isla-May.  She will be 6 and she is a bit partial to unicorns at the moment.

I have used digital paper on the base of the pearlised white card base and found in my files a digital rainbow to position with foam mount and then I added Paisley with foam tape also.  My final touch was the doiley with my sentiment.  Inside the card I used a piece of Jasmin 2 digital paper which I think Bec gave us as a freebie back in August 2019.  I could not find it in the store, but you could use the purple digital paper I used for the front and I just lighten the brightness of it, so the sentiment can be seen better. To colour the rainbow and Paisley I have just used pencils from Crayola, Staedtler and Faber-Castell.

aNNie here and good news, 

I am happy to say I am back on the design team for

Bizzy Becs

I wanted to go reasonably CAS, so, positioning my stamps onto my

Misti, I then stamped directly onto my paper.

Colouring with pencils can be fun, so my Prisma's were used

along with a few ink splats added to the background.

For my design team post I have used

Bloom by Pink Fresh Studio 

coloured with

Prisma colour pencils

 I have this set 150 pencils

 

Our challenge is up and running so  I  look 

 forward to your creativity. 

Teacups....

Hi everyone.

My turn on the blog today and for my card I have been having a play with emboss resist.  This is another old technique but have seen a few cards lately using the technique, so thought I would give it a go.

Firstly I used Distress Oxides in pinks from darkest to lightest then when dry brushed over the entire card with my embossing buddy.  I  used a background stamp with Versamark and clear embossing powder over the top of the Distress Oxide.  When dry I buffed up the embossing lines to make it a more shiny.

My teacups were also first stamped in Memento Black and then re stamped with clear embossing powder to match the background.  The teacups were then coloured with copic markers.
