Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year card

I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with loved ones.

It's my turn on the blog today  and I thought I would share a very
non-traditional card for Christmas and New Year.

The background of my card has been sponged in Distress Oxide inks and spritzed with water to distress and mottle the colours.

I have coloured the stamped image with Copic Markers.

The sentiment has been stamped and heat embossed in black embossing powder.

Supplies Used :

Penny black : Stitched Flowers Stamp ( by request)
Penny Black : Joyful Wishes stamp ( by request)
Avery Elle : Wonky Stitches

Thanks for stopping by to have a look,
don't forget to stop in to the Shop where you can pre-order these supplies and much more.

Until next time

Merry Christmas - Tag's to You!

Hello Peeps,
Susan here from Time to Play

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

This is the time of the year you are scrambling for tags for all those parcels.
I know I am - so......
.....I made myself some using a Papertrey ink die set
Bethlehem Die
(contains three scene dies)

Circle dies for base  lots of different ones available, try these
Bling and string from my stash
I used papers from my stash to complete the tag
plus the sentiment is from a freebie set in a magazine.

Now, I got these and another set (Skyscapes) from Bec, ordered in September,
but I know they took a while to come.
They no longer appear on Bec's website but I am sure she will order them in for you.

Happy Crafting!

Merry Christmas...

Hi everyone, popping in today ( a few days later than anticipated)  to share with you all my card following along with the glitter and shine theme for this months Anything Goes Challenge.

I have sponged the background with picket fence distress ink and then sponged again through a snowflake stencil, before adding some sparkle to highlight the snowflake with stickles, together with some little white gel pen  dots to represent snow.  The base was then mounted  onto Silver mirror card for some shine.

Santa was coloured with copic markers and pencils for his beard and moustache.

Supplies used:

Bizzy Becs Digital Image - Running Santa
Sue Wilson Festive Mini Die - Stacked Merry Christmas
Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Picket Fence
(not listed but can be ordered)
Picket Fence - Blender Brushes
Memory Box Stencil - Tiny Snowflake
(old may no longer be available)
Copic Markers
Gelly Roll Pen - White

Thanks for looking -

Until next time
