Design Team Callout 2022....

 Hi everyone.

Have you ever wanted to join a Design Team, well now is your chance.

Bizzy Becs is looking for Designers to join our team.

Do you love making  cards, scrapbooking, mixed media projects etc, then we could be looking for you!

Bizzy Becs is an online card and scrapbooking store that is Western Australian owned and operated and we are looking for creative designers to promote our products.

What is required to be part of our team you ask?

• You will be required to produce two (2) items each month 1 will be due by 3rd of the month and the other item on your allocated posting date.  Each item should contain 1 focal image that is available from the store (you may focus of course as many products from the store as you wish) 

•       Do you use Digital Stamps - Bizzy Becs has a fabulous range of Digital Stamps, Sentitments and Papers   (not essential but an advantage)

•    You will be required to comment on our entries for the monthly challenge - a number will be allocated for commenting.

• It is important that you have the ability to work as a team and work to a deadline.

• It is expected that you support your fellow Designers by commenting on their work.

• Promote and share your creations across many platforms - ie Facebook, Instagram, Personal Blog, Pinterest etc.

• You are free to create anything you like ie:  Cards, Scrapbooking Pages, 3d Projects, Mixed Media Art, Art Journalling (as long as the focal image is available via Bizzy Becs Website) and you are permitted to use items from your own stash to support your design.

• It is important that you have an active blog  and your post must link items used that are available to purchase back to the store.

• The ability to photograph your project in the best light and with clear photography that showcases your work in the best way.

Inspiration Post

 Ina here and 

It's my Inspiration Day to show you

a bit of simple stenciling.

My background came from my bits box 

which was inked up with Lindy's Magicals

on to watercolour paper.

The stencil is from

 Darkroom Door Carved Flowers Stencil 

which I had on pre order and you can

do the same at the Store Here

I thought it would look strikng in black

so added Black Gesso through the stencil

arranging three of the one flower.

There are three different ones making

it a good value buy..

Centres have been filled  with Nuvo Drops

and sentiment die cut twice for

a shadow effect (which I wasn't good at)

Adhered to white card base and I am done.

School Girl Crystal

 For my inspiration this month, I would like to highlight Bizzy Bec's Miss Cherry Martini Collection of digital stamps.  They have been in the shop for quite a while now, but they are great digital stamps to use on teenage girl cards.  I love all of the images, however, today I am working with "School Girl Crystal" for a card for  my eldest grand-daughter' as she enters her second year of high school.

Double Embossing with Altenew 3D Flowery Field.....

Hi everyone Karen here.

Today it is my turn to share on the blog.  I have seen a few cards lately when looking at google for fresh ideas on double embossing using two embossing folders.  It looked a lot of fun so thought I would have a go.  

For my first emboss I used an old Sizzix embossing folder from my stash and then followed over the top with my 3D Folder from Altenew.  When it was first done I was not too sure if I liked it or not, but after adding some Palette  Pastels over the top it just seemed to pop.
