Penny Black it's your day card

Hi Again

It's my turn on the blog today  and I would like to share a simple card
I have made featuring the Penny Black It's Your Day stamp set.

To create the background, I have used a blending brush and distress Oxide Inks in Cracked Pistachio and scattered straw.

I put down the yellow first in the middle of the card base to look like the glow from the lit candles .

I have stamped the image on blending card with Memento Tuxedo Black in and coloured with copic markers.

For a little sparkle I have added some sequin discs in translucent white.

Supplies Used:

Penny Black - It's Your Day Stamp Set
Penny Black - It's Your Day Die Set
Elizabeth Crafts - Stitched Squares Dies ( by request)
Creative Expressions Sue Wilson - Happy Everything

One whose worth lies far within

Hi, Emily here sharing a card featuring Galaxy Galore Background from Whimsy Stamps and one of the images from the Magical Nights Messages set from Hero Arts.

I’ve embossed my images for a real QCAS card and thrown on a sentiment from Tim Holtz Idea-ology Small Talk stickers.  With some fussy cutting of the diamond stamp from the Hero Arts’ set and some foam dots my card was done.  Gold on black is always a striking combination making for a simple but effective card for a guy.

Ingredients
Hero Arts CM222 – Magical Nights Messages
Cardstocks and embossing powder from stash

Don’t forget to play along in our current challenge, the theme is always anything goes and you could win five digis of your choice.  And for more inspiration follow us over at Instagram at BizzyBec3

Balloon Ride....

Hi everyone.

My turn on the blog today to share some inspiration with todays card.

For the background I used Distress Oxides by applying the colours to a stamping block and spritzing them with water and then sploshed them onto my Bristol Board background, first with Broken China and then using Mermaid Lagoon.  Using my water brush I then flicked the Mermaid Lagoon onto the background.  I followed this by flicking some Interior Antique Gold - Brush n Leaf.

The lovely teddy image from Penny Black was coloured with Copic Markers.

Supplies used:
Penny Black Transparent Stamp - Balloon Ride
Avery Elle Die - Wonky Stitches
                                              -  Broken China
Copic Markers

Thanks for looking, don't forget, we love to see your creations, so please join us for the current Anything Goes Challenge.

Until Next time - Happy Crafting
