Here we are in December already and where did the year disappear to?  The next couple of weeks will be a flurry of activity with baking, shopping, wrapping, cleaning. but I hope you can sneak in  a little bit of time for paper crafting too!

For my card, I've used Elisabeth Bell's Picked Sweet stamp, the Memory Box Fancy Blossoms die, Whimsy's Birthday Letter Seals and one of the Whimsy Circle Postmark Sentiments.  All of the circles were cut with Spellbinder circle dies.  See you soon...

Hello there. I cannot believe that it is almost the end of November already! Where has this year gone?  I hope you are finding some time to do some fun stuff in between all of the craziness that this time of year brings. I think the next couple of weeks will see me madly making Christmas cards in an effort to get them out in time. I endeavour to do this every year, but sadly it doesn't always happen.

Anyway, on to the reason for my post today! I just wanted to share with you this card that I made using a Magnolia Image which I coloured with Copic Markers. The colour scheme for this card came from the beautiful soft colours in the Card Kit which I got from Bizzy Becs Online Store. Hi everyone  Karen here, today I would like to share with you a card I have made using the gorgeous stamp "Nevaeh" from Saturated Canary which together with  a few friends is available for preorder through Bizzy Bec's here. Isn't she devine.

This is first of my Christmas cards for this year and as I make all my own  and with Christmas just around the corner I have lots more to make.

I have used another shaped card for my base by using a Spellbinder die "Labels Eight" , "Scalloped Circles" and Standard Circles Small"  these are also available here. 

The circle sentitment is a freebie designed by Bec and is available on the Challenge Blog here, together with a few more so make sure you check them out.  Don't forget to give credit to Bec if you use them and don't claim them as your own.

Windy Day

Ellie's Birthday

Hello there!  I hope that you are all having a great weekend and that you are finding some time for lots of fun stuff - like stamping :)

I just wanted to share a card I made this week using the gorgeous Saturated Canary image called Ellie's Birthday. Did you know that Bizzy Becs store now sells these gorgeous images?  You can find them right HERE.

And rather than colour the whole image I decided to paper piece a lot of it and just used my Copic markers to colour her skin, hair and part of her boots.  Sometimes images with a lot of colouring space can be slightly intimidating when you're starting out but they don't need to be! There are so many ways to tackle these types of images, either with Copics, pencils, watercolours or paper piecing like I have done.

Hello all...

Thought I would just pop by to show you a card that I coloured in the other night. I've used the gorgeous Summer Flower Tilda and have had a go with the feather blending technique...not too bad I must say, must have a great teacher!!! :) :) :) You can purchase Magnolia images from Bizzy Bec's online store and she has a few new Chrissy ones in store for you too!

Hi everyone Karen here, today I would like to share with you another card I have made following along with my Halloween theme.

For my card I have used a Blue Butterfly Digi "Candra Goth Girl"  which is one of the many fabulous digi stamps available from Bizzy Becs online store here.

I have seen quite a few different shapes and styles of cards lately so thought I might try something new also.  For my card I have made a Twisted Easel card.  I have to say I thought they would be tricky but they are so easy and love the effect.

I have layered different die cuts  on my card ,Spellbinder Lacy Squares and Memory Box Dies - Estate Fence and Twiggy Tree both are available through Becs online store here and here.

I just wanted to say "Thank You" to all my crafty friends as we get closer to moving.. I only have 28 days of work to go! I am sure this wont take long to go .
Today I've spent the day at home with my hubby- as he paints one of the last walls in our house before we put it up for sale! He has also changed over all the power outlets and light switches to brand new ones! So while he had the power off - I created this little card for a friend at work who leaves us next week. It is my way of saying how much we loved having her work with us and we will miss her dearly.
Now funnily enough its also that time of the month where its my turn to create a card for Bizzy Bec's blog.
I hope you like it. 

As most of my craft gear is in boxes I have a limited supply of goodies to use! But i thought i would show off a set of Cheery Lyn Design - Exotic Butterflies which you can find here in Bizzy Bec's store along with a load of different designs. I've also used some lovely satin edge sheer ribbon which is see through and goes with everything.. you can find that one here along with some other lovely colours!
Oh just so you know - I've taken this photo with my iPhone as the camera and photo booth are also packed!

CARD AND TUTORIAL

Hello everyone, Francy here. This mounth I created  card using the gorgeous Free Digital Stamp called "Sweet Orchid Fairy", I colored this stamp with pencils and for the wings I used the Stickles "Frosted Lace" you can find this products on the Bizzy Becs Online Store.

I created for you a tutorial to made the flowers that you can see on the card.

Materials: Bazzil Cardstock; Spellbinders Nestabilities Scalloped Circle, Buttons, Scissors.

When you dies the Cardstock you need to make small cuts but you don't cut the center.

For the last step you glue the buttons on the center of the flower,

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and I hope to see it on your creations.

It's October Already!

Here we are, another new month and only three of them left until 2013! Hard to believe how quickly time is flying by but it is. Today I want to remind you that you still have a couple of days to enter into Bizzy Bec's September challenge which has the theme of creating a card for a male and incorporating a tag.
